Veronica Mars, the teen noir series, introduced us to an unforgettable cast of characters, all revolving around the brilliant and determined teen sleuth, Veronica Mars, played by Kristen Bell. While the show only lasted for three seasons, it gained a devoted fanbase and eventually returned with a Kickstarter-funded movie and a controversial fourth season. So where is the cast now? Let’s take a look at where the stars of Neptune are today!

1. Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars)

Kristen Bell remains one of the busiest and most beloved actresses of her generation. After Veronica Mars, she starred in major films like Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Bad Moms, as well as voicing Princess Anna in Disney’s Frozen franchise. She also found success in TV with The Good Place. Bell has been married to comedian Dax Shepard since 2013 and they have two children together.

2. Jason Dohring (Logan Echolls)

Jason Dohring’s character, Logan Echolls, was a fan-favorite and Veronica’s complex love interest. Dohring has continued his TV career with roles on The Originals and iZombie. He also lent his voice to the Kingdom Hearts video game franchise. He’s been married to Lauren Kutner since 2004, and they have four children.

3. Enrico Colantoni (Keith Mars)

As Veronica’s supportive father, Enrico Colantoni brought warmth to Veronica Mars. Before and after the show, he’s appeared in numerous films, including Galaxy Quest and Contagion. He’s also had TV roles in Flashpoint and Allegiance. Colantoni has been married to Rosanna Francioni since 2011.

4. Percy Daggs III (Wallace Fennel)

Percy Daggs III played Veronica’s loyal friend, Wallace. After the show, Daggs appeared on iZombie and Southland, and starred in the Lifetime TV movie Christmas in Louisiana. He’s married with two children.

5. Francis Capra (Eli "Weevil" Navarro)

Francis Capra’s character, Weevil, was a key part of the show’s noir charm. Capra had a successful career starting with A Bronx Tale before making his mark on Veronica Mars. He has appeared in Heroes and NCIS: Los Angeles. Capra continues to act in various roles and is a favorite among fans.

6. Ryan Hansen (Dick Casablancas)

Ryan Hansen’s Dick Casablancas was the quintessential rich, obnoxious character, and Hansen has since thrived in comedic roles. He’s appeared in Party Down, 2 Broke Girls, Friday the 13th (2009), and more. He’s married to Amy Russell, and the couple has three children.

7. Teddy Dunn (Duncan Kane)

Teddy Dunn’s Duncan Kane played a pivotal role in the mystery surrounding Lilly Kane’s death. After Veronica Mars, Dunn retired from acting and became a lawyer. He now works as an assistant attorney in Washington, D.C. He’s married with one child.

8. Tina Majorino (Cindy "Mac" Mackenzie)

Tina Majorino’s character, Mac, was a fan favorite for her intelligence and hacker skills. After Veronica Mars, she appeared in Big Love, True Blood, and Scorpion. Majorino declined to return for season 4 but remains beloved by fans. She also had a successful career as a child star before Mars.

9. Kyle Gallner (Cassidy "Beaver" Casablancas)

Kyle Gallner’s character, Beaver, had a major plot twist in season 2 that shocked audiences. Gallner transitioned into horror films, with notable roles in Jennifer's Body, A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), and Scream (2022). He has been married to Tara Ferguson since 2015 and they have two children.

10. Tessa Thompson (Jackie Cook)

Tessa Thompson’s Jackie Cook was an interesting addition to the cast, and since Veronica Mars, Thompson’s career has exploded. She starred in Creed and the Thor films, and has appeared in acclaimed movies like Annihilation and Sorry to Bother You. She also starred in Westworld. 11. Ken Marino (Vinnie Van Lowe)

Ken Marino played the sleazy detective Vinnie Van Lowe with his trademark humor. Since Veronica Mars, Marino has continued to be a comedic favorite, appearing in Party Down, The Other Two, and films like We’re the Millers and Goosebumps. Marino is married to screenwriter Erica Oyama, and they have two children.

12. Julie Gonzalo (Parker Lee)

Julie Gonzalo joined the cast in season 3 as Parker Lee. She later appeared in Eli Stone and Dallas. Gonzalo also found a niche with Hallmark Channel movies. She has been in a relationship with Dallas costar Chris McNally, and they welcomed a daughter in 2022.

13. Krysten Ritter (Gia Goodman)

Krysten Ritter’s Gia Goodman had a complex relationship with Veronica. After Veronica Mars, Ritter became a star with Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23 and Jessica Jones. Her film credits include 27 Dresses, Big Eyes, and Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (2024). She also has a son with former partner Adam Granduciel.

14. Chris Lowell (Stosh “Piz” Piznarski)

Chris Lowell’s Piz was part of the love triangle in season 3. After Veronica Mars, he starred in Private Practice and Glow. He also appeared in Promising Young Woman (2020) and starred in How I Met Your Father (2022-2023). Lowell has a daughter with actress Kerry Bishé.

15. Max Greenfield (Leo D’Amato)

Max Greenfield’s Leo D’Amato was the sheriff’s deputy-turned-FBI agent who became an important ally to Veronica. Greenfield has gone on to fame with roles in New Girl, The Neighborhood, and American Horror Story. He’s also appeared in The Big Short and Promising Young Woman. Greenfield has been married to Tess Sanchez since 2008, and they have two children.


The cast of Veronica Mars has gone on to diverse and successful careers in film and television, cementing their places as fan favorites.
